Scope of application
This website is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The conclusion of a contract with consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB is excluded. The offer serves exclusively commercial purposes.

Legal background to accessibility
According to Section 1 (3) of the German Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG), the law only applies to products and services that are offered to consumers after June 28, 2025. As this website is only available to commercial customers, it is not subject to the requirements of the BFSG.

The requirements of the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) in conjunction with the Disability Equality Act (BGG) also only apply to public bodies (Section 12a BGG). However, this website is operated by a private company and is not part of the public sector.
